Il progetto NEW FAR
La ricerca e la formazione sono una leva per lo sviluppo turistico ed economico nelle regioni alpine, che possono rafforzare le regioni coinvolte e promuovere un turismo sostenibile. Sfruttando le singolarità territoriali della regione alpina Dolomiti Live, il progetto si ripropone di creare prospettive per i giovani, rendendo le regioni coinvolte nel progetto più attrattive. I partner scambiano esperienze e conoscenze, approfittano delle sinergie e imparano l’uno dall’altro. Le attività previste creano consapevolezza nei soggetti coinvolti e nelle comunità locali e promuovono il trasferimento di conoscenza tra le regioni urbane e le regioni alpine.
Obiettivi
Il progetto crea le basi per la realizzazione di un’Accademia Alpina a Virgen e per rafforzare la missione della Fondazione Comelico Dolomiti come promotore di sviluppo locale. I partner prevedono di organizzare un viaggio-studio comune fuori area programma, della durata di più giorni per conoscere altre esperienze e acquisire buone pratiche sul tema dei centri di competenza in area montana.
Prodotti
Durante il progetto i due partner lavorano sull’unicità tematica delle loro offerte, creano prospettive per i giovani, realizzano azioni pilota in tutti e due i territori per attirare studiosi, ricercatori e studenti in montagna. A Virgen il progetto realizza le basi per la fondazione di una Accademia Alpina che si propone come centro di formazione per le Università, i centri di ricerca, le aziende; in Comelico verrà realizzato uno studio di fattibilità per la promozione di uno sviluppo locale mirato del territorio.

Il progetto è finanziato dal Fondo europeo di sviluppo regionale e Interreg V-A Italia-Austria 2014-2020. Das Projekt
Bildung kann als Hebel für touristische und wirtschaftliche Entwicklung in alpinen Regionen wirken, zu einer Stärkung des Standortes führen und in weiterer Folge einen nachhaltigen Tourismus unterstützen. Dabei sollte der einzigartige alpine Naturraum der CLLD Dolomiti Live Region in Wert gesetzt werden. Die geplanten Vorhaben schaffen auch Perspektiven für die Jugend, die betroffenen Regionen werden für diese Zielgruppe attraktiver. Die beiden Partner werden Erfahrungen und Wissen austauschen, Synergien nutzen und voneinander lernen. Die geplanten Aktivitäten schaffen Bewusstsein und fördern den Wissenstransfer zwischen urbanen und alpinen Regionen.
Ziele
Das Projekt zielt darauf, die Grundlage für die Bildung einer Alpine Academy in Virgen zu schaffen und das Centro Studi Transfrontaliero als Förderer der lokalen Entwicklung in Comelico zu stärken. Die Partner beabsichtigen eine gemeinsame mehrtägige Studienreise zu einem entsprechenden Good Practice Projekt außerhalb des Programmgebietes zu organisieren um sich Know-how zum Thema anzueignen.
Ergebnisse
Im Projekt arbeiten die beiden Partner die thematische Einzigartigkeit ihrer Angebote heraus, schaffen Perspektiven für die Jugend, entwickeln Durchführungsmaßnahmen für Pilotaktionen in beiden Regionen um Experten, Forscher und Studenten in die Bergregion zu bringen. In Virgen werden die Grundlage für die Bildung einer Alpine Academy geschaffen als Bildungszentrum für Universitäten, Forschungzentren, Unternehmen; in Comelico wird eine Machbarkeitsstudie zur Förderung einer gezielten lokalen Entwicklung in der Region durchgeführt.

The project
Research and training are key drivers for touristic and economic development in the Alpine regions. These activities can strengthen the involved areas and promote sustainable tourism. Developing and valorizing the local singularities of the Dolomites Live region, the project intends to create possible future perspectives for young people, making the areas more attractive. Partners exchange experiences and knowledge, take advantage of synergies and learn from each other. The planned activities create awareness in the subjects involved and in the local communities and promote the transfer of knowledge between the urban regions and the Alpine regions.
Objectives
The project will create a common and shared perspective for the development of an Alpine Academy in Virgen and to strengthen the mission of the Comelico Dolomiti Foundation as a driver of local development. The partners plan to organise a joint study trip outside the program area, lasting several days to learn about other experiences and share best practices on the topic of centres of competence in the mountain area.
Outputs
During the project, both partners will work on the local tematic heritages, will create future perspective for young people, will carry out pilot actions to attract scholars, researchers and students in the mountain areas. At Virgen, the project will work on the development of an Alpine Academy which will be a training centre for universities, research centres, companies; in Comelico a feasibility study will be carried out to promote the targeted local development of the territory.
The Foundation role?
The Foundation will carry out a feasibility study for the promotion of specific local development and in particular to strengthen its mission as a promoter of regional development in Comelico.
